Estaba sucio , tenía olor a insecticida , nada parecido a las fotos. Las camas por debajo estaba sucio , no habían suficiente toallas y el baño también estaba sucio. El menaje todo sucio.

The 'wardrobe' is a cramped and off-putting broom cupboard filled with a filthy, unpleasant old bucket and mop, which we promptly placed outside, but the odor lingers. The beds are extremely substandard, and the mattresses are encased in crinkly, fragile plastic, so any movement you make is quite unsettling. Also found smaller insects on the cabinets.

The good things are ...we had a bottle of water provided and 2 toilet rolls for our six day stay......the light over the bathroom mirror is exceptionally good ...and the location is excellent being just a minute from the Las Canteras promenade .

Very disappointing...rather misled by some other reviewers who seem very easily pleased. Firstly it is not a loft. The apartment is on the third floor of a five storey building so that's a misrepresentation! However, the apartment is in need of a major refurbishment. The patio doors are single glazed and very badly fitted...and do little to keep out horrendous noise from the street...the 'wardrobe' is a small and disgustingly smelly broom cupboard with a dirty smelly old bucket and mop which we immediately put outside but the smell lingered throughout our stay and permeated our clothes....the lock mechanism on the entrance door is very antiquated and stiff to operate and needs to be changed ...the beds are very poor and the mattresses are wrapped up in very noisy and brittle plastic so any bodily movement creates a very disturbing noise ...the bathroom door cannot be closed without the risk of being trapped inside because it is dragging very tightly on the floor...the shower, although modern, lacks a hook for the shower hose which requires some acrobatics if using the hose rather than an enormous overhead rain shower fitting . ...the kitchen is very basic so we never attempted to struggle with it... So, despite the very few good features, the bad ones outweigh the good and we would definitely not return.

Amazing time spent in gran canaria. Lovely apartment and service. I hope we come back there soon.

The small but really lovely and cosy apartment. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and enough amentities in the kitchen. The communication with the owner was easy. We will come again.
