"Booking isn’t a guarantee you’ll stay then you have to fight to get your money back after they double booked"

"Decent location near sites to see."

Near the ocean. Place itself decent and no real issues with the neighbors so close. Appliances looked decent but didn't use any of them.

The beach access right from the location is a large rock mound, had to travel to actually see the beach. No mention of the train and for those who dont live there is is super close to hear all 3 trains that come through and the crosswalk ringing down all the time. The 5am wake up call was rough for a traveler. No little perks like coffee or creamer to get the day started. Only 3 prong plug in was in the kitchen so kindof hard to use the desk area for work when couldnt plug in laptop there.

The close proximity to the beach. We weren’t able to go since we were there for soccer but it sure was nice to wake up to!

Highly recommended!! We had a great time at Justin's place! It's close to the beach, food, and all the shops in Oceanside! It was very comfortable and clean! Not to mention, very affordable too! We will stay again on our next trip out from AZ! Thank you, again!!
