"Very nice hotel"

The room was good enough for one night. The only thing that I didn’t like was the sofa bed, it is small and not too much comfortable so be aware of that if you’re planning to sleep on it.

The location was perfect. We walked to the beach. We walked to the bay and walked to the store. We were there for a storm, but we were comfortable and safe enough !

The location was perfect, close to Cortez and Coquina Beaches and we enjoyed the easy walk to Bridge St. and other restaurants. We really appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas to use during our stay. This really helped us enjoy our visits to the beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Chris was responsive to our questions and we appreciated being able to check in an hour early. This was our first time to Anna Maria Island for a mini girls trip with my friend, and we are so glad we stayed in the Bradenton Beach area.

It was confusing on how to operate the two tv's and remote. I would provide clear directions or signage for this.

Fabulous location, just across from beautiful white sand beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Also free trolley at the end of the road. Very clean and delightful courtyard garden with tables, chairs and grills

The property was much smaller than we expected. It was ok for 2 people but a bit squashed. It was slightly tired and the futon/sofa was really uncomfortable.
