Lovely & Quiet Loft next to Porta Nuova Station

Well equiped modern appartment with everything you could want including air conditioning and electric window blinds. There is even a washing machine and dishwasher, with the necessary cleaning products to use both. Apartment was comfortable and, although not in a fantastic area, it was only a short (0.3m) walk from the nearest Metro station. Friendly helpful text from the hosts, and although these were in Italian, translated well within Booking.com

Access to the property was difficult in that you must have a smartphone to access the necessary smart locks gate portal to get access to the building and then there was a long keypad number to enter on the apartment door handle that was very sensitive and difficult to get used to, waiting after entering the code, then simultaniously pulling the handle above whist turning the locking mechanism, difficult whilst holding bags and your phone with the number on (to long to remember in a short stay). But it was okay when you got used to it, although if you lost your phone or the battery died, you wouldn't be able to get in (or contact the hosts) if alone. Worth noting people with mobility issues will struggle with this apartment as there are narrow spiral stairs without a handrail and narrow landing with a step in the floor level.

The place is quiet, check in flawless and the apartment it is spacious, well furnished and really nice. The terrace is great. If i have to find room for improvement/remarks it would be 3 things: - shampoo & shower gel were watered down to be unusable. It was a bad surprise when in the shower had to then buy my own. - the door was problematic: lock it from the inside before going to sleep with the apposite knob, it took me ages in the morning to unlock it as it seemed stuck. Not the best having to run to the station - not sure if the bed sheets for the sofa-bed were clean and the duvet for the couch-bed had no cover. It was not super clean

Quiet, comfortable, roomy

Not as close to the station as expected, we still needed a taxi to transport our luggage. Could have had a few minor things like a couple of toilet rolls, tea bags, coffee pods & small milk in fridge for arrival

The door lock knob was very hard to open.

It was clean, not so close to the center, the owner has responded quickly, apartment is spacious, convenient, big.

There was no moment machine. The freezer was dirty. The check in system asking the picture of you with the ID in the hand.
