This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not includedThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Нищо, така и не стигнахме до него!

Намирам за повече от отвратително и направо нечовешко това, че ни отказаха резервацията няколко часа преди пристигането, докато бяхме на летището във Франкфурт! Не се прави така!

"A nice small Apt but not suitable for elders."

Location was good, communicated with WhatsApp with customer service was fast. Nice kitchen, small balcony was nice.

Front door lock is very old and two way/ steps, not easy to open. The bathroom shower drain is very dirty, it took over 20 minutes to drain after a shower. I called and asked someone to clean. Three of us were for 4 nights but nobody came to fix it. There is no elevator, this apt is on the 4 th floor with steep stairs.

Все було чудово і зручне місце розташування, є всі потрібні кухонні приладдя для приготування.

Важко знайти місце паркування авто, але по сусіднім вулицям можна знайти.

Der Blick vom Balkon Die Möglichkeit der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber

Es gab keine Parkplätze an der Straße, auch keine bezahlbaren!!! Deshalb dürfte das Vorhandensein von Parkplätzen nicht in der Beschreibung stehen, wir haben darauf vertraut!!! Für ein Parkhaus in der Nähe (ca. 12 min zu Fuß) bezahlten wir 74 Euro für zwei Tage. Tagestarife gab es erst ca. 25 min entfernt. Diesbezüglich wurden wir getäuscht! Das Bett (zwei Matratzen) war in einem Alkoven untergebracht, der nur über eine steile Treppe und kriechend erreichbar war. Maße des Alkoven: 60-120cm.... Zum Glück konnten wir uns die Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer als Bett herrichten, dadurch war der Wohnraum dann aber sehr beengt.
