"Great place, walking distance to Eden Park"

Size was great and nice area out back to sit. 20min walk to Eden Park. Coffee shop 1min away.

Parking at the back, having to walk round to apartment.

Nice location good area, great host, everything was made easy and simple, check in and check out, highly recommend would visit again.

Wasn’t sure if there was a heat pump but there are little heaters in room cupboard

"Convenient, close to the city, lots of cafes & food places- the hosts were very pleasant."

We went to a coffee cafe 5 minutes away & AMAZING donuts( DOE)across the street.

The washing machine was inoperable but the dryer was good
