Lovely cottage, modern and clean. All facilities needed were there

Cosy cottage with modern interior and bathroom (great water pressure), comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, nice autumnal decoration - feels like a proper home. Good location for various walks and the Ffestiniog Railway. Plenty of tea and coffee provided as well as nice little surprises.

Luckily not a problem for us, but the staircase is rather steep and narrow. The bedroom is a bit small so we just left our bags in the living room downstairs which worked well. The various room scents provided were a bit too much for our taste so we switched one off but that's of course just personal taste.

Home away from home. All you could need.

My age and my knees didn’t like the old steps but that’s my problem alone.

Comfy cottage with some nice little touches like toiletries, welcome pack, iPhone chargers, hairdryer and straighteners! Everything you need for a short break. Great location for a walking weekend. Garden is a lovely sun trap for your morning coffee. Sophie is a helpful host
