Great 2Bed Apt in Salford Quays With Water View

Warm and cosy apartment. Helpful owners who explained everything clearly.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay in Manchester during the recent snow. After checking in at 4 pm, I found the room completely freezing. The hallway heater was not functioning, and I was told it would not turn on until after 10 pm leaving us freezing. Despite explaining that I had an important exam the next morning and needed a warm, comfortable environment to study and rest, no alternative heater or suitable solution was offered. Instead, I was advised to “squeeze in for the night” and assured it would be sorted the following day. This was entirely unrealistic and showed little regard for guest welfare. To make matters worse, the electric shower was not working, and when I raised this, I was told a handyman would only be able to attend the next afternoon. This meant I had not been able to shower since checking in the previous night, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked whether this would be a major repair, he ignored several of my texts, providing no reassurance or clarity. Due to the lack of proper heating and being unable to shower, I ultimately felt I had no choice but to check out a day early. Additional issues included very low tap water pressure, making even basic hygiene difficult. Despite the heater eventually switching on after 10 pm, it made minimal difference and was even non functional early the next morning in the freezing cold. Given the cumulative impact of these problems—I found the stay extremely stressful and unsuitable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Location was perfect, lovely apartment

Ok Location and good to have an allocated parking space but space was small.

Mould in microwave. Very dirty apartment needs a good clean. Towels very hard and thin. Toiletries were half full bottles I'm guessing left by other guests. Radiators in living room and main bedroom didn't work so extremely cold in apartment. Very dated and patched up wallpaper, chip/dents/scratches everywhere. Big hole in carpet in main bedroom. Complementary snacks were half full and opened, guessing from previous guests.

Room is situated along the trendy Salford Quays with an amazing view. The apartment also has a balcony which is nice to view the surroundings.

Cute apartment, 1st floor, nice area, beautiful views day & night. Beautiful little out door balcony, access from the living room & the bedroom, which I really loved . Also a lot of extra little things left for you, which was really helpful, when you are only staying for a short time, like sugar, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. The host was very kind with our early arrival times. Great communication with the customer.

Bin the bathroom Key lock was tricky to open, but that could just be me and my blurry eyes 😂

الشقه جميله جدا ونظيفه ومرتبه المطبخ متكامل وبه كل ماتحتاجه الموقع رائع جدا وهادئ ومميز واطلاله الشقه اكثر من جميله قريب منه مركز تسوق كبير ومطاعم ومافيهات وددت لو انني حجزتها لمده اطول

-الموقف صغير جدا لمن لديه سياره عائليه او كبيره -الخروج الى القناه المائيه له بوابه ولم يكن لدينا مفتاح مما جعلنا نذهب من مكان بعيد
