The property was very clean and looked as if it had been refurbished recently. It even has blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Don’t be put off by the unprepossessing lane, the property is 50 yds from the main street and has designated parking just around the corner. Thanks for the extra measures taken to ensure our comfort. If visiting Wells again we would definitely use this property.

I am always wary of doors that lock without using the key. I need a couple of checks of my pocket to ensure I have the key before closing the door - but that’s my problem!

"Busy days sightseeing but the perfect place to relax and recharge in the evening"

Location was excellent and having a guaranteed parking space was a major factor in choosing this property. The apartment was clean and comfortable with every home comfort. Would highly recommend and would choose to stay again.

I cannot think of anything to dislike.

Right in the heart of the city and having its own parking was a bonus. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped and stylish decoration and furnishings. Lots of useful information and literature about the area. Perfect for exploring beautiful Wells and surrounding area.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

"Wonderful and relaxing."

Everything you could think of was provided. It was a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Wells. It was spacious with lots of personal touches which made it very comfortable. My sister and I often stay at The Swan Hotel in Wells but this apartment will now be our first go to when booking further trips to Wells.

My bed was a little firm but that is just a personal thing.
