HAVEN BREEZE RESORT - A home of Hundred Islands

The HavenBreeze Resort is a very quiet place near in the oceanside and very near in Hundred Islands via boat ride. They offer cooking your own food and you can use their own kitchen utensils.

Haven Breeze is a nice and great place away from the city but it could have been better if they will improve more in terms of the room itself, like freebies for example, coffee or bottles of water, etc. because the guest are not only locals but also foreign guest too. . I booked the "kubo" it was really nice but the flow of water in the shower is a little bit slow that it took us a lot of time to finish taking a bath. And would be highly appreciated if there would be spare amenities ready from Day 01 like reserved blankets/linens/towels etc. inside the room so that no need for me to ask them. I understand that it is not a hotel like service but overall, I had a great and peaceful and relaxing time in Haven Breeze although it is quiet far from the supermarket.

Right on the beach. Nicely decorated. Quiet. Good food. Hard working and flexible staff.

Food prep time a little slow. Not the resort's fault, but Google Maps will provide the wrong directions, depending on where you are coming from. Haven Breeze Resort is beautifully located right on a stunning beach, offering an excellent setting for a truly relaxing stay. The owner is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The food is good and satisfying, adding to the overall comfort of the experience. Staff all very friendly and welcoming, they are the biggest part of what made our stay enjoyable! Rooms were all clean & gave true Philippines vibes, with the beach just 1 step out the resort. Boat & documentation for 100 Islands all easy to sort, thanks to helpful staff!

Chairs were very hard, maybe cushions for the wood. More food options to order.

The booked room was a closet of a room. I upgraded on site and the offer of upgrade seemed to be a standard operation. They charged full menu prices for meals and not those supplied to me for meals. The main manager was not a warm person but warmed up when we were finally ready to leave. We had a power outage one night there. That was inconvenient. Obviously not in their control. They constantly were battling over the AC being on when we were out of the room. I don't like coming back to a hot room. The bathroom was like that of an old RV with the shower being integral to the room as a whole; the door knob being corroded quite thoroughly. I had stays at two other similarly priced hotels that week and they were far superior in condition and amenities, and one other also being ocean front. Finding the location was the first issue that set the tone for the site. Google maps has it almost correct but it took over an hour to find the actual location. The directions provided in the email I did not discover until I was there. But even they were not correct and only with the prior nights stumbling in the dark for 90 minutes would I have known the error. The local boating for seeing the islands was great and highly recommended. rent them early and take the day. they are very reasonably priced and very accommodating.
