"No contact possible"

We tried to cancel as there was no communication possible and we could not find it as the adress did not give the street number of a large avenue The agency said they are closed on Sundays. The building was scarily shabby ( see photo). We booked in the morning and only at 3 pm we received an answer after trying to contact via various phones.

Availability of any contact. The very rundown building. Unfriendly contact when when trying to cancel because of the above.
