GBNice and warm,convenient for dog walks. Bus into Skegness and surrounding areas.
Noise from other caravans. Had to pay a cleaning and damage deposit but on arrival was worried because caravan was not clean .Carpet in living area very Stained, seating area Mark's on fabric, flies in window. Draws and cupboards dirty ,oven dirty and microwave very rusty. Lots of dust and marks on TV ,Fire and oven. There wasn't a Hoover which I think is essential when you have a dog. Needs a deep clean. Bedding was all creased and bobbled and pillows need protectors as they smell. Be aware it is advertised as being on Morning side but it is not due to us not being able to find it.

A bit further away from skegness than I thought but public transport on the doorstep.

There was no essentials left so had to buy it like washing up liquid sponges etc would been handy to have one the toilets was tiny but to be expected bar that all was really good

A few more cleaning products would be nice, and a sharp knife also. But that’s because I like to cook and wanted to clean up after. I bought tea towels but needed to but washing up sponge/cloth and bin liners. I always like to leave places I stay nice and clean.

Considering we had a dog, there was no outdoor space- in fact for a family of 4 the outdoor space was a filthy table and 1 chair. It’s a good job we only stayed 2 nights.
