Posizione, dimensioni della casa e delle stanze, parquet e il palazzo antico.

Il palazzo è sporco , scale che non vedono spazzettone e detersivo da anni. Ascensore lurido. Vano scale e pianerottoli , atrio d'ingresso usato come discarica ( piante morte abbandonate, scale in legno depositate lì, sacchi pieni di roba fuori casa....una discarica). Le belle terrazze in stile liberty che affacciano sul cortile interno e portano alle case sono sporche con davanzali delle finestre con ragnatele e mozziconi di sigarette lasciati a mucchi .

- Skvelá lokalita - Priestranne izby

- bolo by fajn dat vacsi doraz na cistotu, hlavne prach. - v spalni chybala cast vonkajsieho okna - bolo potrebne opakovanie resetovat bojlel, v dosledku coho nesla tepla voda.
