Super Central Cozy Home on the St. Stephen Road

The apartment's location was great, right on the edge of the city center, which made exploring easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, but next to a busy road so you can hear the traffic. Overall, a few hiccups, but I would recommend it.

Initially had trouble accessing it due to receiving the wrong key code, which caused a bit of inconvenience. One more negative point is that our stay was interrupted when the cleaning lady arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.

The apartment was very spacious.

The apartment had a blockage in the drainage of the bathroom, this resulted in the bathroom flooding and made it impossible to shower for more than 30 secs. We discovered this problem almost instantly upon arrival and let the service of the apartment know. They said they would fix this, mind you the weather was about 37°C (98° F.) and we were unable to shower. After 3 attempts they still hadn't fixed anything, and sadly showed no urgency to fix our problem or to accommodate us. After a lot of back and forth they still hadn't fixed anything at the end of our stay. This wasn't the only problem we encountered. The previous guests probably had a wild night and threw up on the toilet, which they cleaned themselves. Sadly they didn't clean everything and the bottom of the toilet still showed vomit residue. This was also told to service on the second day and was still not cleaned at the end of our 4 night stay. Also the apartment did not have A/C while this was advertised on the booking site. They only had 4 fans which did not provide any meaningful cooling, especially while the weather was 37°C. The apartment also did not provide any new towels during our 4 night stay, so we had to do with 6 towels (2 of which were used to stop the flooding). All in all I would not recommend this apartment since they provide no service and won't provide any meaningful help when any problems occur. (After all these problems they tried to pay us off with a 15% refund).
