Took them 4 days to empty the trash bin in parking lot and they never told us they were shutting our door cards off before we checked out and got locked out of our room. It was 40 degrees outside and I had to walk to the hotel next door to get someone to let us in our room after being outside for over an hour trying to figure where I had to go to find someone to let me in my room. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Location was fine. Beach was pretty.

They did not offer breakfast as advertised. They gave a cheap granola bar as the only breakfast option. Rooms were outdated and poorly lit.

The location is convenient.

Staff is not helpful at all. Hotel smells really bad and bad quality of everything.

It was the perfect 3 days of rest that I needed, thank you.

Well there’s a lot of places to start our room didn’t have a microwave and when I asked why other rooms similar to mine did the front desk lady got snarky and rude and said that it wasn’t included but when brought up other rooms having one she got mad and said we can use the one in the lobby till 11 flash forward we went down at 10:50 to make some popcorn and she was already locking the doors so I ask if we can she said sure I said my apologies I’ll only be a second she said I’m still here so it’s fine I guess if that’s the type of response from your front desk employees you may consider hiring more customer service friends because she lacked almost all customer service skills the pool room was gross green moss growing everywhere rooms are out dated beds comfy but floors peeling up suppliers and cobwebs everywhere and the complimentary breakfast that they so called had is just a granola bar
