Pinetop Getaway w Sunset Deck & Fire Pit Table

Had pretty much everything we needed to cook in kitchen. Plenty of plates, cups and utensils.

Little bit dark side over the dining table

I liked the location & the house was stocked with everything we needed, even shampoo & conditioner. Spices in the kitchen & everything we needed to make our meals. I will definitely be renting here again for our families annual get-together. There is an outside propane tabletop fire pit, but the chairs were wet, so we couldn't enjoy it. Would have been nice if the chairs were covered for dryness, but all in all, a great place to vacation.

What we didn't like was the positioning of the TV. The people who sat in front of it could watch it comfortably. When we sat to the left, it was very uncomfortable . Would have been better if the TV was in the corner. We went this month ( November) it was very cold, so we just chilled inside & relaxed but didn't have movie night for this reason.

It would have been nice to have a TV in master and at least 1 upstairs bedroom.

Nice and stylish farmhouse chic. Lots of attention to detail. There was everything you need in the kitchen, Vitamix, tea kettle, lots of silverware and utensils, pots and pans. There were even some spices and oil! Bonus! The grill and fire pit/table made it enjoyable to eat outside.  There were baby gates, and a highchair for the little ones. 

The stairs inside and out are pretty steep. It was an unpleasant surprise on arrival. Unloading everything up two flights of stairs was much more than we anticipated. The propane tank at the fire pit table was empty, the tank at the grill was OK the first night, and after that it was also empty. There was one replacement tank tank thank goodness. The upstairs beds are covered in plastic and while I understand the utility, this is targeted to families, after all, it made it very hot to sleep on. 

The house had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay! They even provided seasoning if you want to use their grill.

There was NOTHING to not like!

Nice layout. Felt fresh and enough space.

Shower body wash was nearly gone in one bathroom and none in the other. Not a huge deal.

The only thing I would suggest is the owners to add railing to the bottom steps leading up to the property. It was difficult for us older guests to navigate in the daylight, almost impossible at night.
