Perfectly placed 3 bed home in a peaceful close

It's location suited us perfectly for visiting family. Indoors had all facilities necessary. Prompt attention from host for a couple of initial problems, greatly appreciated. Would use again for short stay.

Such a pity about neglected garden.

My colleagues enjoyed there stay. It was good to get to and from where they were working. Clean, tidy. parking was fine.

Nice area close to my work with good parking and a decent bar restaurant close by.

There was poop in the bathroom and the place was not dusted properly. Needs a new kitchen and bathroom. The shower screen was glued to the bath and all the taps etc were rusty. The kitchen units are very tired. The largest bedroom has single beds in it. The garden was overgrown with weeds and the shed door was broken. It was a sunny day but the garden furniture wasn't in good condition so we didn't use. Overall not a good experience and I checked out a day early. Very expensive for darlington so was expecting a nice property and the cleaning charge was high especially as it wasn't 🙃. I travel regularly to the area and won't be using this property again.

Excellent host and lovely home to stay in while working away. The house was comfortable and allowed for evenings to be relaxing.

Good parking for 2 cars, spacious living room, downstairs toilet

Double bed was tight squeeze to fit in the room. A few small items missing such as tea towels and ironing board but we only stayed 2 days so that was okay.
