Luxury Ala Moana Resort 25th floor with balcony

Close to the convention center, connected to the Ala Moana Center, nice pool, close to the beach.

It's not obvious in the listing that this is a 3rd party room. We were told at check in we couldn't ask the hotel for room service and the concierge had to give us a phone number to text or call to get anything. The host would answer right away though!

Close to everything & a nice room close to elevators

It is literally near everything you can just about walk to anything you need including the beach. Bed super comfy blanket was a bit thin definitely recommend bringing your own or an extra. Staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast buffet at 410 cafe was fantastic and worth 27$

The bathroom had a strong chemical smell coming from the shower curtain definitely got the ick going in there. Bring a plastic shower curtain and towels as room service is not included

Central location. You’re literally attached to a humongous mall.

The Ala Moana is a hotel, but the property is an Air B&B totally independent of the hotel. With this said, it was a bare room. The towels were no longer white, the coffee maker was cheap and didn’t feel clean. Other than a bed and a room, there were no extras, meaning no coffee, no sugar not a thing!!! The shower curtain smelled funky. Showering was not enjoyable knowing there was a huge chance the curtain wasn’t cleaned between guests. The body wash was a popular brand, I’m familiar with, but the product itself was some random watered down soap. The shampoo and conditioner didn’t have a label and it was separated. By the shape of the bottle, I it was probably Suave brand. A cheap and low quality product I’d expect from a motel. We ended up going out and purchasing our own toiletries which we resent after such a long flight. You’re encouraged to leave outside the room, but there were extra garbage bags. No safe to secure your things. We were lucky to have book just a few nights and went to a different property. Quite frankly, you’re better off booking with the hotel itself. The price isn’t much different and you’ll get the service from the hotel itself. I’ll never do that again!!!!

The place was really clean and inside of a resort with access to a great mall.
