IEVery clean, bright and spacious rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with washing machine and dishwasher.
Two small sofas which meant we couldn't all sit and relax and no proper table for eating.
GBLocation, quiet street, good amount of parking. Large space and good size rooms. Wifi worked well with five people. Beds were comfortable and good to have desk space, not all rooms had chairs for the desk. Well stocked kitchen. Very easy check in and check out. And good response time and friendly host.
The hot water kept going off and luckily the instruction manual was there, we had to keep resetting as lost hot water a number of times over the week. The TVs in the bedrooms didn't all turn on, possibly batteries needed. No hand towels only large towels. Somewhere to hang towels would have been helpful too, hooks on the doors or something similar. Not very much toilet paper for a house of five people, we bought our own.

No hanger or hooks in the room and toilet. Not enough tissue paper. No rubbish bin in the room. The sink in the bathroom is pretty small. All the toilets or washrooms are in the upstairs.
SAGBGreat location, esp for Sportspark. (3 min drive) easy to find, spacious , clean and great for group travel.
