Lecco delight - A perfect gateaway at Como lake

Really good location - close to town centre and everything we needed Nice,clean, bright, modern apartment with good facilities

There are just a few things that could improve the experience WiFi- the information re WiFi name & password in the apartment, written on bottom of router and online was incorrect. Eventually managed to get connected by using information on the white sticker on router Really difficult to have a shower in second bathroom with hand held shower head without soaking the whole bathroom as no shower screen or curtain! Only one set of keys - as 2 couples could be doing with at least two front door keys but realised on last day that we probably had one front and one back door key so could’ve had one each and leave apartment key in lock box of we were going to put separately! Wardrobes are a bit high especially if you’re vertically challenged!!!

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the settee was comfortable very spacious air con in all rooms corridor and lift very clean it's about a ten minute walk to the centre some great bakeries close by

The air con in the master bedroom kept leaking and I reported it to the vendor. The shower was hit and miss. If you used the large head, the shower base was slippy also if you open the windows it's very noisy with the speed of the motor bikes up and down the street

Close to the city center, very clean and comfortable with two bathrooms (for ladies: hair dryer in each :)). Comfortable beds, fully supplied kitchen.

The check-in process was a bit complex via the website but the personnel was very helpful and we managed to discuss everything on booking / WhatsApp. However, for a person who doesn’t know English/Italian it might be challenging.

Fan in one bathroom very noisy More keys as it sleeps up to 6 so if u go out seperate u need keys . Not a complaint just a suggestion Would definitely book again

It would be more great if a washing machine can be ready for use.

Close to the city center. Clean and really new apartment.

It was very clean, the apartment is very spacious - 2 large bedrooms and a huge living room with an equipped kitchen, I really liked that the apartment has 2 bathrooms. The location is great. The contact with the owner is wonderful, the owner is very responsive.

There was no soap (but that's not a problem, we used the shower gel available there) and the was no iron
