location and cabin were good. Add a gas grill or newer charcoal grill, fix wifi issues and it would have been pleasant

Wi-Fi was slow as dial up and inoperable for the first day. We as guest had to stay on the phone to bring up wi fi with carrier. Grill outside was broken down and not clean. 120 for cleaning fee seems this would have been taken care of prior to leasing. The wifi was so weak, no tv for our stay and very little music streaming due to poor connection.

Everything was great.. had a issue with wifi. Called and Everything got fixed asap! Place is beautiful location is beautiful Everything is what it says in the description

Excellent location and amenities. Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. "Staff"/owners were communicative and extremely informative, helpful and immediate in their responses.

My only extremely petty gripe would be the water pressure in the shower was kinda "meh." It got as hot as you could want, tho, and was spotlessly clean otherwise!

"Great value for the money and super convenient"

Great location and very convenient for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Dollywood being the closest to cabin. Plenty of space in cabin even with 4 guest and all new appliances was a very welcome addition to our stay.

The access road to cabin is very rough and fortunately our vehicle was AWD. The heavy rains during our stay did not improve the gravel portion to say the least. The owner did advise 4wd would be preferred for access prior to our stay.
