Elegant, and Family-Friendly 2BR in Pine Suites

The guard was not properly oriented & informed even we have authorization letter he did not let us in when we came early ,accdg.to him we have to get in by 12:00 pm Bec.of the scheduled even I show him the Authorization letter so I have to call the front desk and talk to her and told her to talk to the guard ,that’s the only time we were allowed to get in even I asked before to agree for an early check in and they agree without talking to the Guard ,thanks.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

The entire unit is clean and spacious enough for our family of four. It has fast Wi-Fi, complete kitchen amenities, and easy self check-in. The unit is also conveniently located near the elevator. The pillows and bedding smell fresh and pleasant.

The only inconvenience for us was the parking—but it was just a minor issue. We arrived late at night, around 9–10 PM, and there was no available paid parking within the premises. The free parking mentioned in the description was located outside the Pine Suites premises, and it felt a little scary walking to and from there at night because Bonifacio Drive, as far as I recall, doesn’t have much street lighting. We were able to secure a parking slot the next day, good for 24 hours, for PHP 400.

The design of the property is very elegant. It’s clean as well. It’s also located in an area that’s accessible, not crowded. East check in too! Will keep coming back

Nothing really! Well, the dogs in the parking lot but not their fault hehe

The place is cozy and very good for a family stay. The owner/ care taker are very accomodating and responsive.

The remote control is not functioning well when we stayed. But not a biggy at all. Maybe drained lang battery.
