Location, size of rooms, modern and updated. Owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us

Lots of stairs, as per most old buildings in Italy. No tea towel or wine glasses in Kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend! Central location, well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, coffee machine, 2 bathrooms) and spacious, everything (restaurant, cafe, shop) within walking distance. Both train stations and the port are close by, but there is also a bus stop very close if you don't want to walk. Manu is extremely hospitable, kind, helpful and flexible.

Being close to the centre, it's a bit noisy and bright in the morning, but it was okay and quiet in the evening. The apartment is on the second floor, which for us was not a problem at all, but you have to take stairs to get up.

The apartment was located near several restaurants, cafes and shops. We were about 10 blocks from Lake Como. Walking the streets was safe. The history and architecture of the buildings and city are beautifully interesting. We arrived late at the apartment due to a lengthy ferry ride. Emanuela was very kind and met us within a few minutes to show us the apartment, provide information about the city and answer our questions. The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked.

We had only two nights at this apartment and we happened to have rainy weather for part of the stay but made the best of it.
