A Step from the Lake Apartment

Appartement bien situé à 2 pas du duomo. Appartement agréable, très propre, fonctionnel et lumineux malgré l'absence de visibilité sur l'extérieur (baie vitrée totalement opaque car ça devait être un local commercial avant d'être transformé en appart). Cela ne nous a pas trop gêné puisque nous ne rentrions qu'en toute fin de journée. Très bonne literie.

Manquait un torchon même s'il y a un lave-vaisselle.

La struttura è vicinissima al centro ed è molto accogliente. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Sono stata benissimo.

Non c’è un forno vero e proprio, c’è solo un microonde che funge anche da fornetto ma non è la stessa cosa. Tutto dipende dalle esigenze.

Posizione, dimensioni e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante.

Alcune ragnatele sul soffitto e vicino alle finestre.

Tiene una excelente cama, la ubicación es perfecta, la ducha es increíble, y todo el apartamento está hermoso. Sinceramente me sentí muy en paz, pudimos descansar mucho porque alrededor es muy silencioso.

Staff were responsive to our needs. Place is very clean. Properly equipped for a short stay. There were small pleasantries prepared for our arrival, including a book on eateries in Lake Como region.

For such a well-managed place, it's a pity that the shower area was not properly equipped. The toiletry bottles were on the floor, with no shelves on the wall. One has to bend down to use the toiletries. The shower floor is also slippery. I believe adding a toiletry holder on the wall and a floor mat will not be expensive.

A nice little apartment in the heart of Como. It is comfortable for a short stay. Clearly the hosts try to please with a complimentary bag of goodies waiting for you. They also prepared a digital guide with everything you need to know.

Well, the way this apartments are being managed. The hosts are only accessible via Whatsapp. We were bombarded with emails and messages to complete the online checking while we were trying to have fun in Rome, the last 48hrs before we arrived to Como. It really ruined the experience. And all of that because they like to manage properties nowadays via whatsapp instead of meeting a host to do all the necessary checks on arrival. You need to access the guide, read the instructions, check the photograps etc to manage to find the keysafe and get your keys. Not a good experience, but possible very economical for them.
