Location.

The spot for parking was occupied by another vehicle, and the person who provided us with the keys told us to park in another slot. The next day, our moto was changed to another place without informing us, and afterward, we received a call from the staff claiming we had parked in the wrong place. After explaining the information previously provided, they asked us to move the moto to another slot. On checkout day, another staff member was very rude, accusing us of parking in the wrong slot. This situation was unpleasant and revealed a lack of organisation among the staff. Also, the quality of hygiene products was low.

Faltaba un mando del horno, el grifo del Bidé no paraba de gotear, el plato del microondas ni giraba y un enchufe del salón estaba suelto, con un poco de mantenimiento el departamento está correcto.
