Mal localizado, tivemos que ligar duas vezes e esperar por 1 hora uma pessoa vir abrir o apartamento, mesmo que eu tenha avisado COM ANTECEDÊNCIA a hora da chegada. Me cobrou um valor absurdo pela diária do pet.

Well located,very central and quiet. A lot of space with good amenities.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us.

The host was able to let me in remotely. So even though I was later than we had originally agreed they were still able to let me into the property. Their communication was excellent!

The only thing that I can think of was that it took a little while for the water to heat up in the shower. But this is not a major draw back.

Great location for walking around the city. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Good kitchen with good knives (rare).

Only 1 wine glass. Everything else was great.

Shower was a little small.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Great location, in the center of the old town, within walkable distance to all sights.

We didn't have any issues

Lorenzo was great. He me us at the public parking lot. The lot has plenty of parking and is quite reasonable. $15 Euros per day. We walked about 7-10 min to get to the apartment. There isn't any parking closer. We went through the train station, up the elevator, past lots of cobblestone, up stairs, to the apartment, up more steep stairs to the apartment. The apartment is wonderful Just as pictured. The couch is comfy, the apartment is spacious, there were tons of hangers, plenty of places to put everything, the sink 2nd sink outside the bathroom was very convenient and the bath sheet towels are a bonus! There was laundry detergent left for us, we were able to do laundry and the TV was great. Wifi worked well. The kitchen had everything except for a toaster. Mostly clean. There was a market close by and the location is fantastic. Tons of cafes, bars, restaurants, close to attractions, and walkable. Quite convenient. Secure building and apartment. Amazingly quiet considering you are near everything. Very soundproof.

I would recommend a toaster. Loved the apartment and location, but not fun to lug all your luggage from the public parking. If you don't have that much luggage then not bad. Especially since once you get settled you don't have to worry about it. Be prepared for the stairs, narrow and a little steep. Great apartment though and they were very generous with the amenities.
