You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).

"A complete nightmare of freezing conditions, horrible customer service, and endless frustration."

The cost is high like hell. The living conditions are nightmare and the customer service is horrible as hell as well.

Avoid GuestReady at all costs! My stay with GuestReady was an absolute disaster and nothing short of a scam. The apartment was a complete mess: a broken washing machine, a shaking toilet, a clogged sink, no heating, and no electricity twice. I was forced to leave the apartment in freezing conditions with wet hair and book a hotel just to survive the night. When I contacted their colleague and customer service on WhatsApp during these emergencies, they ignored me completely—shameful behavior for any so-called "service provider." Because of dishonest behavior, I had to buy a heater by myself to survive and couldn’t even wash clothes for weeks. When the electricity suddenly went out twice, I had to wait for their late responses and they asked me to fix the electricity by myself. I had to pack up and move out entirely, leaving me physically sick for over 10 days and ruining my entire business trip. Their complete lack of care, unresponsiveness, and the appalling state of the apartment caused me enormous stress, financial loss, and physical harm. This was a hellish, infuriating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend GuestReady to anyone. GuestReady, refund me the full hotel costs immediately and provide a proper compensation plan for the nightmare you caused! You owe me for the distress, health issues, and damage to my business. Your behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful!
