Nicht empfehlenswert! Am 2. Tag vor der Anreise erhalte ich eine Nachricht von der Unterkunft: ich hätte angeblich nicht bezahlt und solle die angebotene kostenlose Stornierung akzeptieren, damit ich das gezahlte Geld zurück bekomme?! Auf meine Rückmeldung, dass die Unterkunft bereits seit Januar bezahlt ist,kommt nur ein: Sorry, die Unterkunft ist besetzt. Ich Reise mit dem Flugzeug mit zwei kleinen Kindern an und zwei Tage vorher mir eine neue, verfügbare und kindgerechte Unterkunft zu suchen geht gar nicht und war mega stressig. Ich habe bereits ca. eine Woche vor Anreise, 4. Tag vor Anreise und 3. Tag vor Anreise geschrieben, da ich eine Frage wegen Parkplatz hatte. Nie eine Antwort erhalten, was ich schon merkwürdig fand. 2. Tag vor Anreise um 2 Uhr nachts die Absage!!! Wir wollen definitiv das Geld zurück.

Communication with the host. It takes forever for them to respond. Not ideal if you have emergency during your stay. They don’t answer calls and only responds to sms. 1 host initially said he is the host, never answer calls then sent another number to contact another host. We initially booked 4pax and only 1 blanket is provided, when asked for additional they sent 2 thin curtain like fabrics. Plus the early morning doorbells from garbage collectors is annoying.

The hassle acquiring check-in instructions. Check-in istructions were sent almost 1-2hrs prior the check-in time. My calls were not answered by the host. No other way to contact host aside from SMS. No chat using booking.com app.
PHI'm specifically looking for a place that has a balcony in BCG, and this is one of the accommodations that has it. This place meets and exceeds my expectations :) It's a clean, cozy, and comfortable place to stay in.
