Quiet ensuite budget twin room

Beautiful location right by the boardwalk with a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, absolutely worth the money. Loved the adorable french bulldog that greeted us.

Not a criticism but the windows don’t have insect screens so mosquitoes make it really hard to sleep at night

The room was simple but satisfactory

2pm check in and 10am check out is a bit inconvenient, and I was woken up a few times by the residents or people coming into the other rooms. The residents made it seem like it was an imposition to them when I walked through the living room to reach my room, but I'm not sure what else they expected me to do.

Easy access. Comfortable

The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean, there were fresh towels and even a can of Kinnie :) It was like coming home, very comfy and sweet.

The rooftop terrace was nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Staff was helpful with the check-in.

We reserved a room with a double bed, but we got a twin room instead. Since the room was very small, we could not reorganize it. Our room and the common living room area faced to the same small air shaft, so we could hear everything through the open windows. We woke up both mornings to the sound of someone cleaning the corridor next to our room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was only one temperature for the water. Early in the morning it was coldish, but then it became so warm that you could barely shower in it. It didn't make a difference if you turned the tap from cold to hot, you got the same temperature. The common kitchen vas a bit messy and you are asked to not use it after 1 PM, which is very weird.
