Host was readily available on whatsapp, steps were straight forward to get keys

Security guards were not very knowledgeable

staff very proactive and friendly, netflix, clean bedding and towels

all good maybe if they could put tea bags or coffee in the kitchen

Nice for a short stay. Near airport and shopping centre.

Not working shower and no water in the kitchen tap.

Irene, the host, was invaluable and reachable by phone and WhatsApp. The photos of the apartment were the same as shown, with no edits or Photoshop. It's a cozy apartment with consistent Wi-Fi, well-furnished, kickass TV, and easy access to the ground floor. The compound is an area I would live in or visit again if I travel to Kenya again. Well done, Irene and your team.

Nothing not to like.

The kitchen appliances were nice. The apartment is bright and well furnished. Easy to find too and close (15 min by car) to the airport.

There were insects (roaches) and too many mosquitos on the bedroom. The absence of a fan was painfully felt (too warm but can't open the windows because of the mosquitos).
