Neat & Comfortable 1 Bedroom Spring Garden Flat

the housekeeper met us and showed us how to get in, how to use the barrier outside and then the door to the block. she also messaged me to ask about when i would be checking out and when my plans changed unexpectedly she was very nice. the property was clean and just what i needed for a base whilst i had to go out. i’m not sure what the bad reviews are talking about, i had a very pleasant stay here.

the only thing i would say is the front of the cutlery drawer almost fell off so i had to keep it open, and that mini table in the kitchen was a bit inconveniently place, but these are very minor issues.

The location, the cleaner was friendly.

This is the worst booking.com stay I've experienced so far. The apartment smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and mold. I wasn't informed of the situation prior to my arrival. I complained to the owner who offered me little resolve to the situation, and did not provide a refund. My lungs burned the entire stay and halfway through my stay I developed a persistent cough. The hallway/stairwell smelled of animal feces at one point, and generally smelled like a zoo. There was no hot water in the apartment anywhere other than the shower. All of the faucets and drains were covered in mold/mildew, of which I am allergic. The Internet service was a mobile hotspot that didn't reliably support so much as wifi calling, much less more than one device at a time. I left a few days ago and my clothing and jacket still smell like cigarette smoke, this was a horrible experience.

location was great and good value for money

the guy who let me in had just used the shower before we arrived and it hadn’t been cleaned. there therefore was only one towel. when i asked for more he replied promptly but there wasn’t any extras in the storage area he suggested.

I didn't like nothing it was in a horrendous state there was smoke alarms on the table also a fag but in the sink it was also dirty and smelt like cigarette

Room was equipped with all the required amenities, Host was attentive, room was clean and location is also very good.

The only point i could highlight is the heaters, 2 heaters were not working and on first day I struggled to turn them on, but host came down to help me.

Its in a very good location

The building and its cleanliness; also it was in the 2nd floor but there was no mention that 'it has no lift' and fire alarm in the kitchen without any extractor / exhaust fan.
