"A fantastic home from home"

Previous occupant had a dog and thus as hard as the owner tried to clean it in time for our last minute booking, there was a lot of dog hair everywhere. I felt bad Previous renters had not even bothered to hoover before their leave

"Really enjoyable, hassle free."

Clean. Tidy. Lots of seating in lounge Comfortable beds. Good parking on driveway. Small corner shop across the road was great.

Could do with a few more cooking items, extra saucepans, glass bowls etc, as it’s a family sized house.

"Superb"

Nice tidy property. Secure garden and excellent off-road parking facilities. Quiet during off peak hours and in the evening. Can get extremely busy during term time pick up and drop off as primary school not far.

"Lovely stay at the edge"

Large open plan house. Lots of space. Decent drive way and garden. Comfortable and had most things we needed for a family getaway

Beds too small and uncomfortable House took ages to heat Missing some basic amenities and some items in kitchen not clean

"Great location, good for dogs, would recommend"

Instructions for entry were simple & arrived at check-in time on the day. The house was as pictured, it was on a quiet street with a convenience shop just over the road & a pizza takeaway which was very handy. Plenty of off-street parking & the medium-sized garden was completely fenced so very safe for dogs. The house was clean, nicely decorated & had good wifi & TV. 10 minutes from Grimsby town. Would recommend.

The bedroom curtains let a lot of light in - a black-out blind would be great. A TV in the bedroom would have been good.
