The apartment's interior design exuded a cozy ambiance, fostering a sense of homeliness. Amenities such as a personal washing machine and dryer contributed to convenience. The spacious bed and inclusion of essential accessories like a hairdryer, first aid kit, and iron enhanced the overall comfort of the accommodation. Upon arrival, complimentary tea and coffee were thoughtfully provided. The attentive and welcoming security personnel diligently monitored the property, instilling a sense of safety and tranquility throughout my stay. I appreciated the inclusion of Netflix, which offered entertainment options for days spent indoors, ensuring an enjoyable and occupied experience.

Initially, the check-in process lacked organization, as despite my request for an earlier arrival, I was informed that the property wouldn't be ready until the designated time of 3 pm. However, the cleaner unexpectedly finished early and requested our early arrival, leading to a rushed experience and the threat of being unable to check in if she left hastily. Furthermore, there was confusion regarding the inclusion of the washing machine and tumble dryer with the property, with Mr. Washington indicating that they shouldn't have been included. Consequently, he had control over their usage, often interrupting my laundry and requiring permission to operate them, disrupting convenience. Additionally, the inconsistent control of lights and air conditioning in the bedroom detracted from the homely atmosphere and hindered the ability to fully enjoy the vacation accommodation. These controls were only disclosed post-booking and during the stay, which was disappointing. Despite assurances from Mr. Washington regarding the provision of fresh towels and sheets upon request, the execution fell short. After a day's explanation about the need to wash, the cleaner failed to deliver the promised items, resulting in the inconvenience of having to reuse unwashed liners until washing machine was given permission to use after asking.
