Unit has mold in the toilet area and some problems with the heater for the shower (water starts off hot but turns cold halfway during shower). Informed owner but despite some guy coming problem not solved. Only one key provided, so if you need them to repair anything, you will need to wait in unit for the guy to come. Owner is very stingy with toilet paper and provided only a few rolls of very poor quality toilet paper (despite us requesting more as it was insufficient given the length of our stay). Owner expected us to liaise with a property manager who was not very friendly. Initially said we are required to send our photos to them a few days before our stay but later retracted this requirement when we expressed we were not comfortable with this. There are some worn out furniture (see pic). Can also expect loud noises from children playing in the pool, especially during the early morning to wake you up as unit is directly facing pool and on lower floor. What is worse is that we later found out that the owners of property is really dishonest!!! There is a duplicate listing of this exact same unit (similar photos and similar floor as well as unit number) with worse ratings/ reviews and listing a cheaper price! But this current listing of the same unit has better review (prior to our stay) and costs more! Not sure why booking.com allows this and hope the person in charge will look into this!!! Be warned and stay at your own risk!
