Lovely home in Sketty great for beach and city!

The house was big cosy clean very quite street and comfortable beds coop in same street which was handy singleton park and boating lake 20 min walk was lovely also the beach.

Was unsure where to put rubbish as couldnt find outside bins and be good if left some information at property local close by restaurants,cafes things to do for family days out

Parking was busy but managed to find a space. Property could do with a freshen up of decor. Need info of what can go in what bin. Could do with washing up liquid being provided- literally had enough for one bowl of water so had to buy more. Has a dish washer but take your own dish washer tablets as none provided.

House was clean and comfortable. Everything was there.

Parking was not easy which I found stressful. There was black mould in the master bedroom and the bathroom.

House was warm, cosy and well equipped. Heating is easy to figure and adjust. Nearest beach it’s a 20-25min walk or 5min drive, which was lovely. Sian is very easy to contact and quick with responses.

Garden not secure for dogs, gaps in hedges (as pictured) and the little fencing there is in the garden isn’t really any good (possibly due to recent high winds) (see pictures). So garden isn’t really “secure/enclosed”. Sian is on to this so hopefully soon to be secure. Cleanliness wasn’t great on arrival, cutlery was filthy, work surface sticky and food crumbs in lounge, also had to clean the bath ourselves as wasn’t clean. Parking can be difficult (as expected). Controller for TV is temperamental, although Sian responded to my email super quick regarding this… TV had to be switch on and off to enable remote to work. Paint work could do with touch ups, especially in bathroom as mould showing in corner and dirty hand prints on wall behind toilet.
