Lovely home in Sketty great for beach and city!

The terraced house was well equipped with kitchen goods, tv and bedding.

It may have been a Welsh cottage in 1890, as previously stated by owner, but in this present time it is actually a mid terraced house in a one way residential road with Permit Holder Parking. It's not even in Dunvant, but Sketty. The private entrance is just a front door, like everybody else. The garden furniture is well used with broken slats, not as shown on pictures. The front room needs either blinds or nets, as there is a constant passing of people looking in. No privacy. We were booked in for two nights, but decided on staying only one night.

nothing as we loved this place - just needed more info on what to do with rubbish, what to recycle (nearly missed the pink bag outside for plastics), when to put the rubbish out, what to do at the end. Also would be useful to list as Ty Coch or Sketty as was heading towards Dunvant when we realised it wasn’t quite there.

Great location, free parking is easily available on the road. If there isn't free parking in front of the house, you can find it a little down the road. Very close to various shops but in a quiet safe street. Close to the seaside. We had everything we needed for a couple of days and the hosts were very pleasant and responsive.

The mattresses might not be comfortable for a long time or for those with back problems but they were fine for a couple of nights. Can also get a little warm at night but is fine with open windows and light coverings.

The house was bright and comfortable for the 3 of us.

Unfortunately, there was no outdoor furniture so weren't able to sit and relax on the decked area in the garden.

Lovely clean house. Parking good. Garden great for the dogs. Plenty of shops close to pick up essentials.

Gorgeous house in a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach and town centre. We liked that we were close enough to walk to the mumbles too as previously we have stayed centrally. Decor was lovely and the house was super clean and tidy. Great facilities. We brought our little Shih Tzu and she loved the house too, especially the lovely garden.
