Casa Moderna con Garaje en Rota, cerca de Playa

We loved having a private garage to park our car in. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The enclosed front patio was great for morning coffee and hanging out clean laundry to dry.

We were surprised to find that the kitchen did not include a coffee maker nor a hot water kettle. The owner apologized for the inconvenience but because it was a weekend it took two days before they were able to provide them. They did have a flat screen tv but we were not able to watch Netflix or anything without our own subscription.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro de Rota. Además estaba muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario.

Tuvimos problemas con el garaje pero se solucionó. Aún así, tengo que decir que había hormigas en el apartamento.

El piso muy acondicionado, tenía de todo lo que se pueda necesitar, la dueña super agradable y tiene el piso con todo los detalles, ubicación de 10 y para más comodidad el garaje que no tienes problema de buscar aparcamiento. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Great place, very clean, perfectly located and with a 1 car garage. Pet friendly. Very well decorated and equipped with all essentials. Spacious and lots of natural light. Air conditioning works really well with temps in the high 80's and 90's. Will in the future book again when visiting Rota.

The location is at a busy street. Thin walls. Noises from outside & next door building According to the listing, the property has a washing machine. Unfortunately, the appliance is totally corroded and dirty, with water inside it
