All llegar no están las llaves en el cajetín, me dice que coja las del siguiente y es de un apartamento sin ventana, con una humedad horrible, camas incomodísimas y ni hablar de las almohadas, el suelo sucísimo y el del baño con unas manchas de meses, cucarachas, arañas... un absoluto timo.

Falta de higiene, hospitalidade, empatia, a casa não se identifica como o produto que eu comprei, a Tv não era conectada, a casa era fria , o ar condicionado não funciona , a cama não era boa …

I loved that there was a kitchen, kept the cost down alot especially at breakfast time. Location was perfect for our needs and purpose of the trip.

Hated the stairs to upstairs 😂 but that could my my lack of coordination. It was very noisy in evening and through the night being right next to bar/restaurant. But understandable noise. So if you don't mind the rowdy crowd nightlife it's fine. The bathroom/shower gets everything wet. Didn't really enjoy showering in there. No enough shelf to put things on to keep dry. Everything did need a wipe down before using as alot of things felt sticky.

Nao gostei desde do primeiro atendimento ao telefone. Foi muito arrogante, ignorou minhas preocupacoes. Reportei varias anomalias no apartemneto que foram ignorados. Vidros partidos na entrada da porta, casa de banho com falta de espelho,falta do suporte do chuveiro, torneira da kitchnet solta. Tudo isso foi ignorado sem que ninguem ter dado assistencia para reparar ou repor. Fopi a pior das experiencias que tive, de mau a maldade.

The location is very good

There's no windows in the property and the internet signal was very very poor to the point that I had to use my own internet, but the walls didn't even allow my internet to work properly.

The property is located at a good area. Easily reachable and was the representative contacts were easy to chat to before arriving.

When we arrived, we realised that there are no windows, which was unfortunate as the condition of air at the place was poorly maintained. There was a smell of mold and even signs of it. Then there were constant power outages, and the wifi connection did not work. We decided to cancel the reservation, but when we asked to cancel, we were ignored; therefore, we just left the place and found another, as it did not meet our expectations.

The only good thing about the accommodation is its location.

The worst aspect of the accommodation was the ventilation: there are no windows or ventilation devices; the inside of the house smells of mold; the inside of the kitchen cupboard smells of mold; anyone who is even slightly sensitive to dust may find their nights quite uncomfortable. I slept with a mask to mitigate the smell and discomfort. The bathroom has no shower curtain or any kind of barrier to prevent water from splashing out of the shower. If someone is showering, no one else can use the bathroom.

There was no breakfast no host no person in sight no one knew English or Spanish no cab or taxies
