USIt’s was very spacious
USThe location was great and the host was super responsive and quick to communicate. He was extremely helpful with giving detailed instructions ahead of time, and worked so fast to help me organize a later checkout time when I realized I had forgotten to do so. The number of beds was amazing, nobody in our group had to share- and both couches were extremely comfortable for midday recharging naps. The neighborhood is adorable and easy to navigate. The house was really great- fast wifi, good water pressure, super functional and clean kitchen, towels and sheets provided for all beds.
It would be super cozy in the winter- it was an unseasonable 80+ degrees in October when we visited and getting the airflow with the one box fan to work with the one upstairs window A/C to cool the house took some engineering (so glad there was a fan available!). Cleanliness in the basement was a little lacking- there was a lot of loose hair/ clumps of hair in the basement and a lot of bugs, both dead and alive (no bed bugs! Just the kind of bugs you would have with a slightly damp basement with not a lot of air exchange- a dehumidifier would probably solve the problem!).

The back fire pit area could have been cleaner and tidied up.
USSpacious and plenty of room for our large group to spread out! Excellent use of space to maximize private sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood was safe and the property was easy to locate. We were within walking distance of a wonderful park. The hosts were great and extremely responsive to our questions.
The only possible negative is that there is only street parking available, however there were plenty of spaces to park.
USHad a good layout and was clean
I had booked early for better rates and was told I had to cancel because the current tenants were staying longer only to be told later I could rebook at a higher rate.. not cool.
