Spacious 2 bedroom house on the edge of Balloch

Caroline's place is welcoming and cosy, with so many thoughtful touches, from shower gel to coffee pods and firewood. The kitchen is spacious, equipped with everything we wanted and more. The bedrooms are also airy, with stunning views out the back and the pretty garden out front. We particularly enjoyed the comfy chairs by the log fire in the evening, and the back garden would be a delightful spot to pass the time in dry weather. This house is a short walk from Balloch centre, which is itself a short walk to the shores of Loch Lomond - it was easy and enjoyable to explore by foot. Caroline herself was lovely and so kind, with helpful suggestions for local walks and places to eat. Communication was excellent throughout. We would recommend this place for a quiet retreat, loch-side adventure, good pubs, and a wonderful host. Thank you Caroline, we hope to be back!

I overheated in the warm bedding! That's definitely more about me than the facilities, though.

This property was perfect. It was private and spacious. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The space was super comfortable and we had a lovely fire on our first night there. Washer and dryer were a great convenience. The front and back gardens are lovely. I can’t say enough positive stuff about this place.

Good location to walk to riverside walk into towm for bars, restaurants and shops. Property has easy parking and nice garden to sit in

Full two bedroom house

It was someone’s house who live there and have a sunroom beside the house where am sure they live I. It’s on a council estate , nice but felt awkward .
