Location perfect for us to walk to the beach or get the bus to the ferry to go wharf and Southsea

House was as described: Immaculate, well equipped, quiet and a 15 min walk from the sea front.

Good location

Uncomfortable beds, with springs pushing through on one of them. Couches need updating, very worn out. Not enough supplies with only one tea towel provided, no dishwashing tablets. Backyard grass needs improving.

It was a large house with plenty of bathrooms. The bedrooms are of a decent size. It had a secure back garden. Facilities were well provided for. Good communication with our contact. There were ample cookware and utensils in the kitchen and some useful spices and food items in the cupboards. Really handy instructions for various items were available. Overall, a good size house, sleeping up to 8 people. A really good playground park for children is a short walk away and the Coffee House in the park serves delicious hot chocolate and coffee.

A couple of the beds have spring mattresses which are beginning to show signs of age and use. The seating in the lounge was not very well laid out when all of us were in the lounge. It would appear that one set of curtains has been split between 2 windows, not allowing either side to shut properly, which can make watching the television a bit of a struggle, due to sunlight on the tv screen. Parking could be hit and miss if you have more than one vehicle. Didn’t like the road to get to the house, due to speed bumps and parked cars, but that is outside of the remit of the householder, just bad planning by the estate architect!

Lovely spacious home, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great facilities including washer/dryer and dishwasher - handy when travelling with young children. The kids loved the craft supplies and enjoyed playing hide and seek. There's a small playground nearby and others within driving distance. Nearest Coop supermarket a 20 min walk. Close to the beach, crazy golf and half an hour to Marwell Zoo which is well worth a visit.

Internet was a bit slow and TV didn't work, but watching dvds was fine. Apart from that everything was brilliant!

This is a good size comfortable house.

There were not enough sofas / chairs in the sitting room for our party of 6 adults and 1 child. Otherwise everything was great.
