Everything about the property was good

The location was good, styling of the apartment was good. There was balcony which is rare.

The advert needs to state " The Dukes". It is very confusing to find the place. Especially at night it is too dark. There is no parking. This was not declared in the booking. The street parking are fines. And the parking at back has no access to the building. We were not aware that there is no cleaning services, and no towels would be changed. The booking said towels, linen, soap would be provided. There was a small bottle soap for 4 people. The reception put the phone down on us, when we asked about towels. There is a washing machine, we had no idea where/how to hang the clothes. The reception was rude when we asked. There should be note on the fridge where everything is. Overall this was very disappointing, No Name of Building, misleading details in Booking. I was attending the new govt debates at CT ICC to select the president. This accomdation experience made things more stressful.

The location is at the centre, u can walk or Uber to everywhere with reasonable fares. Luxury lobby. Nice home decor. Kind owner.

The floor was dusty. there's cigarette ash at balcony floor. overall floor were not clean. The fridge is not working. we cant buy much for cooking, and milk bcause canot use the fridge for storage. There were no toilet paper. then ask owner to send, we only get on last day. thankyou btw.

Good place to stay except for the difficulty operating the cooker at first. Got someone to look into it though.

Pillows was too soft for me. My preference would be something moderate. Besides that, every other stuff was okay.

I never had breakfast

The name of the hotel is misleading at booking time. You only get to know that the hotel is The Duke and not CITCC afterwards. More light outside the hotel would help.

The shower and the layout and what was there in the fridge helped a lot

The apartment was finished in black and was poorly lit so it is dark, the checkin was delayed as we dropped our bags . It has a lift which was important . The location is not the name which is Dukes and it would have help the Uber guys to use this name ? The area where it is a little run down but the apartment itself was great and met our needs if a bit dark .

The place was at a perfect location for my needs. Above all, I enjoyed my stay in the property.
