We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was everything and more than we had hoped for. George our host and his family were very welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, well equipped and had amazing views over the bay from the terrace, the living room and both bedrooms. We loved the traditional fishing village of Heronissos, the bay was well protected from any wind and the sea was just perfect for swimming. A car is essential if you want to move around as we did, the roads are good for driving and well signposted and as much as Heronissos gives you the feeling that you have reached a quiet remote spot is also easy to visit other places on the island... if you can pull yourself away!!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, we very much look forward to returning next year.

The bay oc cherronissos is like heaven and you have the best view of it! The scenery is like an old movie, a perfect retreat. The house has everything you can ask for, feels like home and very clean. The owners couldnt be more friendly and attentive! The shared all the information needed, good tips, gave us home made cake. Wifi very good. The photos cant capture the feeling of it! Strongly recommend it!!

Only downside vodafone users dont have signal but in the end added to heaven feeling spirit!!

Droufakos Home, was just luxury plus. A gem for total relaxation, fantastic views ,every possible comfort you would need. George kept in touch to meet us, show us his fabulous apartment. The pictures do not do this place justice. George could not do enough for us, he sent messages to make sure we were OK and everything was in order. His Mum gave us some lovely cake after our morning swim.. Everything is immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want for the most relaxing stay. This is a very quiet place and very sleepy. George had left plenty of water and a nice bottle of wine. Nice big Fridge/Freezer. Coffee machines, Kettle, and supplies. There is a supermarket down on the beach, although we have been to Sifnos before so got our provisions from the big supermarket at Arades 20 minutes away. The bedrooms had beautiful clean, crisp bedding comfortable pillows and mattress. Space to hang your clothes and shelves to put other clothing. The view in the morning to wake up to is exactly like the pictures and the sunset even better., A number of steps to get down to the beach and back. A washing machine, veranda at the back to hang out towels and washing. Towels were lovely and soft. Towels provided for the beach. The balcony had plenty seating and table plus 2 very comfortable sun loungers. This was a god send as the first week in June had very high temperature 42, so we could keep cool on the balcony or inside the aircon lounge area with a very large TV and movie channel, which on one afternoon as it was so hot we did stay in for a few hours to keep cool. Cheronissos is a very quiet bay out of the way, you need a car or can catch the bus. Most people come in for the day , so at night it can be very quiet. The restaurant stays open until the last person leaves .Need to be fit to walk up and down to beach. We did not have enough days. We will be back for longer we loved our stay Thanks George

Droufakos’ Home was very well furnished including a kitchen, had a great balcony with a view on the bay, was only a few steps from the beach, and had a washing machine. The communication with George was also excellent!

There were many steps to get to the apartment… we didn’t mind after Day 2 but this is of note for folks who can’t climb stairs

My stay at Droufakos’ home (George’s apartment) was without a doubt, one of the most memorable and special experiences. The apartment has been styled, and fitted out to perfection with all the comforts to make you feel right at home. The private balcony, and view over Cheronissos is one not to be missed. It’s proximity to the beach and tavernas was wonderful, only a stones throw away, making my stay even more magical.

I could not fault the property.

The property was beautiful! It overlooked Cheronissos beach and was a short walk away (2 mins down to the beach, 15 mins up to the church on the mountain). Everything in the apartment was impeccable - it was clean, warm, and well-stocked. We had everything we needed and more! The hosts were so kind and friendly, they left us bottles of water, beer, and some snacks, and even offered us some homemade rice pudding. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The hosts gave so much attention to detail - it felt like we had the comforts of home rather than a rental. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment was modern, very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The location is fantastic and the apartment has the best views of the beach. George was so helpful and kind and offered us lots of recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Fully equipped and newly renovated apartment, in an excellent position, with a stunning view over Cheronissos bay. Super warm and kind hospitality from George and his family (best moussaka ever, cooked by George's grandma).

Phone calls almost impossible, due to a lack of signal (all around Cheronissos), but there's a wifi perfectly working.
