There was nothing I didn’t like, i think the people who were there before us had a different definition of “clean up after yourself” but that isn’t a fault on the property!
ZAIt was horrendous from contacting owner in locating the unit, to the owner being absolutely rude. To the stench of smoke in every crevice of the unit and the used unclean bedding and left over food in the bedroom. All park facilities were not for use as it required additional passes which per add were included but in reality not available. And the owner had the audacity to leave note in unit saying we had to clean it or face a charge !!

Kitchen was left dirty, unable to use the oven as it was left dirty. wasn’t very clean overall, Bed uncomfortable, headboard and sofa smelt musty and of dogs.

No gas, no heating, broken boiler. Was freezing the whole night.
GBGBEasy check in, code for key sent to you. Very comfortable caravan, with everything you need. Excellent communication from owner. Gas ran out after night shift, messaged owner at 05.30, not expecting a reply for a couple of hours, within 15 minutes got a reply, kept me informed of delivery, gas delivered at 11.00. Would recommend and would book again when working in the area.
Although stated as non smoking, the first thing that hits you when you open the door is the very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke! Not too much of a problem for an ex smoker like me, but could be a problem for others. Not a fault of the owner but the site is undergoing some serious redevelopment, and as such, is like a building site! Staff very unfriendly, there is a barrier to gain access to the site after 6pm, got back at 6am and after no reply from warden, had to sit outside until 6.50 am until someone left the site so I could gain access! Asked reception for a code for the barrier and was told no, you have to press the call button to get in!! Again, not the fault of the owner, just thought it was worth mentioning.
