1 bedroom flat sleeps 4 in Abingdon Oxfordshire

Location was good. Near shops and close to family.

There were a few things the ceiling in the living room needs looking at as it looks like it got damp. The bathroom ceiling could do with stripping and repainting. Couple mugs one has big chip and the other has paint chipped out inside. They were like this when we came in.

Location ok but in the middle of an ok residential area. Bedding arrangements fine. Fully stocked kitchen.

Brilliant location, close to the river Thames and an easy walk into the town or a gentle walk the other way along to the Marina. The flat was well-equipped and clean as a whistle. Very good selection of channels on the TV! Handy shop 5 minutes walk away. Easy access to A34. Excellent little flat for me as I was travelling alone, or for 2 people.

Stairs quite steep, which were tricky with a big suitcase, so be aware! Parking on site was good for the first few days, then 2 large vehicles took up permanent residence, which were awkward to get round with bags. Stain on ceiling in lounge detracts from overall impression. Ideal base for 2 people, but would be very cramped with 4. Bed not very comfy, so always awoke with back ache! A privacy blind in the bedroom would have been appreciated as had to draw the curtains when getting dressed. Nit-picking criticisms really! No real problems.

Very outdated. Bad ceiling floor in bathroom cracked tiles, very old carpet and small bed also uncomfortable sofa bed

The location was excellent, being close to the River Thames. We spent 5 days walking the Thames Path, taking advantage of the local bus services to get to our starting point and return from our finishing point each day. We were fortunate to meet our host, Kevin, who was friendly and welcoming.
