MYThis was my 2nd time stay at Woodsburry and my first experience booked with this unit. obviously, in term of cleanliness this unit much better compared to previous one. the beds and pillows provided are much better (where almost similarly like hotels) if compared to 3/4 ranked hotels. I really have a good sleep after back from trip without having back or neck sore. after all, everything was nice.
-parking at 7th floor where tooks 4-5minutes to arrive -there was no detergent provided -one of the window blind proof at left side not functioning well.

MYMYThe apartment location at the good location, the room decorated pleasantly as guests satisfaction unfortunately all the 3 airconds not working as expected had lodge complain to the incharge but not been rectified till we check out. Restless night.
SGSpacious with one queen beds in each of the two rooms. Washing machine and water dispenser provided.
Location is less than ideal and you would need to get transport to the more popular areas.

GBLocation was good for us as we were only staying a night. Pool was cool and refreshing after travelling from KL. Was down the road from a food market which was a good chance to try hot Malaysian food.
Getting in at the front desk took a very long time and they came across as rude. We were not allowed in the gym or to use to sports facilities that were at the property. Pool was dirty.

1) Air Conditioner in both rooms and hall is not cold enough even its in 16 celcius. The host need to put some gas into it. 2) sofa need to be fixed or replaced. The seats are going down 3) In main hail, light tubes and fan are connected together in 1 switch which is not relevant for night use. 4) not providing tooth brush and paste for the amount we pay. Even budget hotel are providing for their visitors. 5) Lobby and main entrance are not maintained well. Its so smelly and not clean
