I would describe the property as ‘grubby and disappointing’. The property is very tired and in a state of disrepair, with dangerous electrics and a bathroom that would be inaccessible for larger people. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood which was a positive, however once entering the house, the carpets had just been placed on the floor and not laid properly, the sofa was dirty and there were hardly any utensils in the kitchen. Upstairs there were 2 good size bedrooms and 1 very small, all mattresses were very soft and lumpy, and uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy also, so much so I had to sleep on the sofa. House needs a repaint and tidying up, it’s clear that’s its money making house for short term lets with no wanted investment in the property. It is cheaper than hotels when booking, but next time I would spend the extra and stay in a quality hotel.

Location was good and parking outside the property in the main street was fine. No issues finding spaces for 2 x vehicles every night was not a problem Bed was comfy. Bedroom decent sizes and house was warm Large fridge/freezer for storing food

Bathroom layout was not the best limiting access to squeezing sidewards to gain access. Shower worked fine after spending 10 mins finely tuning the taps between boiling and freezing. The taps upstairs make a very load screeching noise at random times throughout the day/night. Where you have to turn the tap on and off the stop it for ten mins then it starts again The kitchen is in need of a bit of work. The cooker it's self is disgusting good job there is no/to little cooking utensils so you can't actually use it.

The kitchen was well facilitated. Loved the attic room.

There were no locks on the inside of the bathroom. Some of the electric switches were not working. Garden was unkept.

Great location, very nice and clean place, love that the host is quick with replies its fantastic for the price and when ever I am in leeds definitely be booking again.

The property was clean and spacious. The location was quiet and pleasant.
