Warm welcome, facilitated late check in. Comfortable large apartment, very clean and quiet. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location for the ruins and medieval town.

The property is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host lives in another building on the same property, so he was able to meet us conveniently, although we were 3 hours later than expected due to traffic. He was friendly and professional. There is a pizza place called Pizza Taxi just a block away with very affordable and tasty food.

"Comfortable, clean and quiet stay at a great location."

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect: The house was spacious and made for a comfortable and cosy place to spend our evenings. We only stayed for two nights, but I could imagine pleasantly staying here for 2+ weeks. Fully equipped kitchen, nice shower, comfortable beds, cosy living room. I should also mention that it was spotless, I don't recall ever staying in a house this well cleaned before! The kind hosts respected our privacy but were there whenever we needed them. And finally the location: a quiet, hidden garden with citrus and pomegranate trees, all at a short taxi ride away from Fiumicino Airport and at walking distance from the incredible archeological park of Ostia Antica! Amazing! It should not come as a surprise that I fully recommend Zí Mario!

"A wonderful welcome."

We booked as an overnight after an evening flight to Rome. This was delayed but we still had a fantastic welcome from a lady who spoke English. The property is very spacious and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and went on our way. We wished we had stayed longer. It has all you need and more to self cater. Easy parking as well.
