The hotel was good, but I feel they were kinda not co-operative. While going out we asked for water bottle first they denied and later they provided and then next day same happened and they denied giving us bottle of water guess they should help with that. The breakfast also was ok especially for vegetarians the options were minimum.

The location is close enough to go to everything in Hoi An but secluded enough from all of the hustle and bustle. The river view is amazing, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff always puts your needs as priority. They have bikes to use and a plethora of activities offered.

My husband and I stayed at Moire Hoi An and absolutely loved our experience. Mandy checked us in — she speaks excellent English and was incredibly professional, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Anthony was also wonderful, offering helpful directions and great local food recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, and Tien went out of her way to arrange a quiet corner table for us since my husband needed to get some work done — we really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Though compact, it had everything we needed. We loved this beautiful hotel — perfectly located just across the bridge from the lively streets, restaurants, and the river lined with lanterns.
