This hotel has very nice large rooms..i was very worried about mould and got a 3rd floor room. It is so sad that all the rooms on the ground floor were flooded and were being fully renovated and they lost a lot of bookings. The bathroom is also great, although shame where they put the tap for the bath. Right were the second persons head should rest, I figured out it retracts and turns but not enough. We had a nice view of the river..too bad the big swimming pool wasn't heated or hotter than they had it we would of swam. Breakfast was good and all the staff were wonderful and working so hard to please you. Housekeeping was great. Fast efficient and thorough. I highly recommend this hotel as its location is brilliant. They also have a small boat to take you across the river for a small fee

Upon check-in, you’re already greeted with tastefully laid out and lovely interiors. Welcome drinks and hot towel signal the start of the resort vibe. The property is adorned with aesthetically engaging artworks and portraits celebrating the Vietnamese culture. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. We had an extra bed added and there was still enough space for our things and an area to lounge. Bathroom’s roomy with a full tub, double sinks, separate shower and toilet. Amenities are by Karl Lagerfeld. Everything seems well thought off - huge umbrellas and flip flops were provided as well. There are pools and outdoor lounging area with a lovely view of the river and the ancient town, spa, fitness center. There are also bikes you can use if you’re adventurous to explore nearby areas on 2 wheels. We arranged for a sunset boat voyage with unlimited curated cocktails. Got to experience the tradition of releasing flower-shaped paper lanterns on the river symbolizing luck and good fortune. It was such a lovely experience I highly recommend! Service-wise, the staff in the entire property were friendly and attentive. It wasn’t difficult to communicate as they spoke English. If you’re planning on visiting Hoi An, make sure to visit Moire. It’s totally worth it.

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel with welcoming and kind staff! I recommend the evening boat tour with drinks - was a lovely evening with lovely staff :)
